Traditional stone villa with a garden, a terrace and a pool, as well as a wonderful mountain and sea view
The accommodation typical of Crete is quietly situated in the little village Prines on the island of Crete. The unique location amidst a wonderful nature landscape is ideal for large families and groups of friends.
The outdoor area on the ground floor features a 40m² pool with deckchairs and a parasol. The garden area also has a grill and a table with chairs. The generous terrace on the upper floor has comfortable seating and a wonderful view over the landscape. Parking spaces are available on site.
The villa is spread over two floors and can accommodate eight people. The living room on the ground floor provides a fireplace, two sofa beds, an armchair and satellite TV. Next to it there is the open kitchen space with a large dining table. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The two bedrooms on this floor are furnished with a double bed and two single beds respectively and each have a wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet. The third bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning and heating are available, as well as wireless Internet access. A washing machine is available.
Within a radius of 500 metres you can find grocery shops and restaurants. It is 20 minutes by car to the town Rethymon with a harbour and a large centre. It is the same distance to the many beaches, or you can visit the towns Heraklion, Chania or Sitia.
