It is located right on top of a smooth hill, just 18 km from Rethymno town, and just 1,5 km from the organized sandy beach. It is next to many amenities that the area offers, such as taverns, restaurants, and supermarket.
The villa consists of 3 levels.
On the ground floor, there are a spacious beautifully decorated living-dining room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a two bunk beds bedroom, ideal for children. There is a small WC next to the bedroom. The living rooms lead to a really big, fully furnished patio, with a huge umbrella, that has a breathtaking view during the day and unforgettable view by the sunset. A few steps lead to the big, private swimming pool and its surrounding area with it's long chairs and with the same magnificent view, ideal for many hours of sunbathing and relaxation.
The first floor is occupied by a large double bed bedroom, it's en-suite modern bathroom and a big veranda with superb view to all directions.
The bottom floor consists of a huge bedroom, with two double beds, sofa and furniture, it's own entrance and a private fully equipped modern bathroom. On the same floor, there is a utility room, with the washing machine, the portable ping pong table, and many useful cupboards.
The bedrooms are individually air-conditioned and the common areas have a modern underfloor cooling system.
There is a secure private parking for two vehicles.
