    “Op zich was de accomodatie prima. Echter hadden we dit huis geboekt, vanwege de 3 slaapkamers, waar er uiteindelijk maar 2 waren. De 3de slaapkamer was een slaapbank ik de woonkamer. Ook zijn wij geconfronteerd met het moeten betalen van de zwembadverwarming, terwijl dit een optie was en wij uitdrukkelijk hebben aangegeven hier geen gebruik van te willen maken. De villa ligt daarnaast in de bergen, waardoor het lastig is om te voet naar Santa Cruz te gaan.”

    “The property is not at the specified address. It has the house number 17 instead of the 69 as indicated. In addition, there are no street names so that the search for the house turned out to be very difficult. On the property there are two holiday homes which you do not see in the pictures. You share the driveway and people always have to pass your pool. The house has no 3 bedrooms but only 2 and in the open living and dining area is a fold-out sofa bed which was very annoying. There are no blankets but only the two bedspreads you can see in the pictures. What should the third person on the sofa bed cover himself with? The contact we tried by phone or e-mail with our contact person in Funchal did not work at all. It has not been recalled or written. And unfortunately, the whole house was full of ants.”
