Hyblea, elegant independent villa with swimming pool and splendid sea view

Villa Hyblea is located in a countryside area near Donnalucata, in the province of Ragusa, in the southeast of Sicily.
It is in a quiet and peaceful residential hilly area, 1 km from the large golden sandy beach of Donnalucata, about 3 km from the city center and 8 km from Marina di Ragusa.
The Nature Reserve of Irminio River Mouth is 3 km away and offers visitors suggestive nature trails and a "wild" beach with a crystalline seabed.

The villa stands on a hill overlooking the sea, within a property of about 4,000 square meters.
It has on two levels and boasts a panoramic position with wonderful views.
It is surrounded by a large and elegant garden full of plants and olive trees, dominated by a centuries-old olive tree.

It consists of a relaxation area with a large living room (9 seats) and TV, a corner with dining table and chairs and a large kitchen with island.
This is complete with fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
A first double bedroom, spacious and elegant, has TV and en-suite bathroom with shower.
A second double bedroom with TV.
A large bathroom with large emotional shower, also accessible from the outside and from the pool area.
Laundry corner with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor (attic), there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower. The room overlooks a small terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.
It should be noted that the first floor has a sloping roof whose maximum height is about 2 meters and which obliges, in some parts, to be lowered to move around the room.

The villa enjoys a good position to move by car and visit the beaches of the coast of Marina di Ragusa: Plaja Grande (3 km), Punta Secca (15 km), Cava d'Aliga (10 km) and Sampieri (15 km).
