Great cottage with impressive 180 degree sea view, close to the rocky coast.

Look forward to a vacation where you will enjoy peace and nature. The vacation home is the renovated farmhouse of a beautiful, spacious farm on a large and open plot of 12,500 m2. The house is nice and spacious with plenty of room for six people, which can be divided between two large bedrooms. In the common areas there is nice furniture and the kitchen presents itself tastefully and open. The house is winterized and offers modern heating systems, making it an ideal place for your vacation all year round. Moreover, in the living room you can fire up the wood stove on cooler days and listen to the crackling fire.

In front of the house you will find a beautiful and sheltered garden, where you can sunbathe on the wooden terrace or fire up the barbecue. Many activities are possible on the property and in the nearby surroundings. The farm also houses an art gallery, Galleri Strandvang.

You can reach beautiful bathing cliffs only 600 meters away and a small sandy beach in Aarsdale in 2 km, which also offers a cozy harbor, a nice playground, a small grocery store, a smokehouse and last but not least the Mikkeller brewery.

You'll stay not far from the town of Nexø, which offers a beautiful old town, a charming harbor and a wide selection of restaurants and activities. Start a game of soccer golf, visit the house of the famous author Martin Andersen Nexø or visit the playground Værftet with your children. The stores are also worth a visit, as well as the handicraft scene. Svaneke is known as Denmark's most beautiful market town and awaits you with a variety of interesting impressions - both gastronomic and historical.
