With its 113 hectares of surface, it is one of the largest medieval historic centers in Europe and with the highest population density.
Immersed in authentic Genoa, 100 (!!) meters from the Aquarium, a few steps from the cathedral of San Lorenzo and Piazza De Ferrari, from the main points of historical and cultural interest, from typical restaurants and from the university area; the apartment is located in the heart of the characteristic alleys of the city, the so-called "Caruggi", named "UNESCO World Heritage Site" since 2006.
Mainly in the summer season, the alleys are also the focal point of the nightlife, making the lively streets the scene of parties and jovial meetings until late at night.
For a regenerating bath or a nice tan, by means of transport, even the main beaches of the city are easily reachable in just 15/30 minutes.
