The exteriors of this charming country house offer a peaceful retreat, featuring a large private saltwater pool (10 x 5 m, 1 to 1.8 m deep) with stunning views of the fields and mountains. Around the pool, six sun loungers invite you to relax, while a cozy porch with sofas provides a perfect spot for a coffee or a glass of wine. Another porch area is perfect for organizing pleasant outdoor evenings. A third porch leads to the interior of the house.Inside, you'll find a room decorated in traditional Mallorcan style, combining the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, while the living area offers satellite TV for relaxation. The rustic dining room has space for six guests. The laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, all with wardrobes, a fan for summer, and a heater for winter. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other two have two single beds, one of which has an en-suite shower bathroom. A second bathroom with a bathtub serves the house. A cot and high chair are available for babies.Located in a tranquil countryside setting, the house is just 850 meters from Ses Barreres Beach and 1.6 km from Cala Bona, where you'll find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and more. The Son Servera Golf Course is also only 1.9 km away.Tourist license: ETV/118 Pets and events are not allowed.
