It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate guest WC. The open, fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area, which is linked to the living room. For safety reasons, the fireplace cannot be used.

The apartment includes a reserved garage parking space and a ski locker. Please note that the garage height is limited to 187 cm.
