The holiday house is located in the Alcantara Valley, in a quiet location, in the middle of an orange grove and surrounded by Mediterranean plants and flowers.
The living space is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room of 40 m². It is furnished with a sofa, satellite TV, radio, wood-burning stove and kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and everything necessary for cooking, as well as a cosy dining area. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower and bidet. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with Sicilian antique furniture and a twin bedroom. A high chair and a cot are available on request.
Both bedrooms open onto the 20 m² terrace. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the valley and Mount Etna. The house is surrounded by a garden with orange trees. These protect against the Sicilian heat in summer. There is also a gas barbecue and a sink for preparing and eating meals outdoors in comfort. The outdoor area with the swimming pool at its centre is equipped with garden furniture, six sun loungers, a sun umbrella and an outdoor shower. The entire property is fenced off. Access is through two gates, a large one for car access and a small one for pedestrians.
